PHRC 2025 Board of Directors: (*New board members)
President: Jacob Fay
The President shall preside at the meeting of the Club and of the Board of Directors and shall be the Administrative Officer of the Club. The President shall appoint, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors, all standing committees, designating the Chairpersons thereof, and all special committees as may be directed. The President shall be, ex-officio, a member of all committees.
VP Administration: Heather Burks, Gretchen Niemyski
The Vice President-Administration and Personnel, in the absence or disability of the President, shall act in the President's stead. The Vice President-Administration and Personnel shall, under the direction of the President, attend to business and financial operations of the Club and shall be the Chairperson of the Finance Committee. The Vice President-Administration and Personnel shall be, ex officio, a member of all committees. This officer shall be responsible for the hiring and supervision of all pool personnel and shall see that the rules and regulations of the Club are enforced.
VP Membership: Andrew Dinu
The Vice President-Membership shall maintain the official membership list and wait list for families seeking membership. The Vice President-Membership is responsible for integrating new members into the PHRC, terminating members who have turned in their membership, and administering the requirements for members who are not in good standing.
VP Social: Jeanne Joliat*
The Vice President-Social shall organize and oversee all social events sponsored by the Club. The Vice President-Social will solicit Club members to volunteer for the various Club social events during the year and provide guidance and advice to the volunteers to ensure the Club is fostering a community spirit across the membership.
Recording Secretary: Katie Rudawitz
The Secretary shall send out the notices of the meetings of the Club and of the Board of Directors, keep the minutes of all such meetings, and attend to the correspondence pertaining to this office. This officer shall perform such other duties pertaining to this office as may be asked of this officer by the Board of Directors. The Secretary shall be the custodian of all official Club records, papers, letters and other historical material. Each year prior to November 1st, the Secretary shall file the Annual Report of the Club with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Treasurer: Nicole Biggins
The Treasurer shall attend to keeping the accounts of the Club, collecting its revenues, and paying its bills as approved by the Board of Directors, or other agency authorized by the Board of Directors to incur them. The Treasurer shall deposit funds of the Club received in the name of the Club in such depository as may be authorized by the Board of Directors. The Treasurer shall perform such other duties pertaining to this office as may be requested by the Board.
VP Pool: Katy Brown*
The Vice President-Pool, in the absence or disability of the President and Vice President Administration and Personnel, shall act for the President. The Vice President-Pool shall, under the direction of the President, attend to the operation and maintenance of the physical plant of the Club, and shall be Chairperson of the Pool and Grounds Committee.
VP Grounds: Sujith Kana, Emma Samler*
The Vice President-Grounds shall, under the direction of the President, attend to the support and maintenance of the grounds of the Club, maintain the annual work assessment records, and direct activities during scheduled and unscheduled work duties.
VP Swim Team Directors: Erin Blankenship, Christy Girguis
The Swim Team Director shall manage and direct the Club’s swim team. The Swim Team Director will organize swim team practices, coordinate swim team competitions, and direct activities associated with the Club’s swim team.
