PHRC SOCIAL EVENTS 2025

Events take place at pool unless otherwise stated.

Rain dates are scheduled for the following day after each event.

Hosts will receive event details, a budget, and reimbursement instructions. 

Hosting a social event fulfills annual work duty requirement.

Host Family Sign-Up Form

• Pool Opening Brunch:  Saturday, 5/24, 10am - 12pm

  • • To celebrate the opening of the 2023 season.  

• Adult Spring Social:  *TBD* pending host family

  • • Gathering for adults only to kick off the pool season.  

• Ice Cream Social:  Thursday 6/19, 6pm - 7:30pm

  • • Here’s the scoop: an evening complete with ice cream and all the toppings.  

• Tween Night:  Thursday 7/24, 6:30pm - 7:45pm

  • • An evening of fun with games and prizes for ages 9 - 12.  

• Arts & Crafts:  Sunday 8/10, 2pm - 3:30pm

  • • A creative afternoon for everyone.  Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.  

• Family Movie Night:  Thursday 8/14, 7pm-9:30pm  (Double feature:  cartoon followed by family movie)

  • • A double feature movie night with snacks.  

• Teen Pizza Party:  Thursday 8/21, 6pm-7:30pm 

  • • An evening of pizza with pals for ages 13+.  

• End of Summer Party:  Saturday 9/6, 4pm-5pm

  • • Celebrate the end of pool season with music, fun, and games.  

• End of Summer BBQ:  Saturday 9/6, 5pm-7pm

  • • The final event of the season includes set up, grilling, and clean up.
