PHRC SOCIAL EVENTS 2026
Events take place at pool unless otherwise stated.
Rain dates are scheduled for the following day after each event.
Hosts will receive event details, a budget, and reimbursement instructions.
Hosting a social event fulfills annual work duty requirement.
Adult Spring Social: Friday, 5/15, 7p - 10p @ True West
Gathering for adults only to kick off the pool season.
Pool Opening Brunch: Saturday, 5/23, 10am - 12pm
To celebrate the opening of the 2026 season.
Ice Cream Social: Thursday 6/11, 6pm - 7:30pm
Here’s the scoop: an evening complete with ice cream and all the toppings.
Tween Night: Thursday 6/24, 6:30pm - 7:45pm
An evening of fun with games and prizes for ages 9 - 12.
Family Scavenger Hunt: Saturday 7/11, 2pm - 3:30pm ***NEW***
An afternoon of family fun at the pool with games and prizes for all ages.
Bingo Night: Saturday 7/25, 4pm - 7pm ***NEW***
Get ready for a night of lucky numbers and friendly competition! Join your fellow PHRC members for a lively evening of bingo, with small prizes. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
Arts & Crafts: Saturday 8/1, 2pm - 3:30pm
A creative afternoon for everyone. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult.
Family Movie Night: Wednesday 8/12, 7pm-9:00pm (Double feature: cartoon followed by family movie)
A double feature movie night with snacks.
Tween Movie Night: Friday 8/21, 8pm-10:00pm ***NEW***
An outdoor movie night with snacks for the tweens only (ages 9-12).

End of Summer Party: Saturday 9/5, 4pm-5pm
Celebrate the end of pool season with music, fun, and games.
End of Summer BBQ: Saturday 9/5, 5pm-7pm
The final event of the season includes set up, grilling, and clean up.
